Merry Christmas to all! Hope you're having a wonderful gluten-free Christmas celebration. Fortunately I'm home in Canada for Christmas and thoroughly enjoying all the gf goodies I can get my hands on. One of my most favorite anticipated gf cookies are PaneRiso Foods Coconut Cookies.
