Say hello to...Venice, Italy.

Italy was always a country that I thought would be difficult to travel to since they eat a lot of bread and pasta. But after finding out that they screen every child for Celiac Disease and that the restaurant chefs are more than aware of what Celiac Disease is, It's been my #1 go-to destination. So I was very excited when Gluten Free Portland Oregon posted some fantastic information on eating gluten-free in Venice, Italy.

  1. I wish this article came out one month earlier. I spent the beginning of October visiting Rome, Florence, and Venice. Although I was only in Venice for 2 days, I found Venice to have the least information online about gluten-free eating.
