Technically Nature's Path Organic Crunchy Maple Sunrise is a breakfast cereal, but it is so sweet and delicious that it also tastes extremely good on frozen yogurt as a dessert. It has such a nice variety of different grains and textures, which makes for a nice change compared to other gf cereals that are out there. I HIGHLY recommend trying it!

Technically Nature's Path Organic Crunchy Maple Sunrise is a breakfast cereal, but it is so sweet and delicious that it also tastes extremely good on frozen yogurt as a dessert.
