Say hello to...Nature's Path Organic Crunchy Maple Sunrise.

Technically Nature's Path Organic Crunchy Maple Sunrise is a breakfast cereal, but it is so sweet and delicious that it also tastes extremely good on frozen yogurt as a dessert. It has such a nice variety of different grains and textures, which makes for a nice change compared to other gf cereals that are out there. I HIGHLY recommend trying it!

Say hello to...honey nut Chex cereal.

I previously mentioned how Chex now comes in 5 different gluten-free flavors. I didn't think I'd have the chance to try the new flavors until next year when I'd be in North America. But my friend in Seoul who has access to the grocery store on the american army base recently came across the gluten-free honey nut Chex cereal. Since it just came out in the States in June, I was surprised that it had already made it to the army base grocery store here in Seoul! Lucky me, I have now tasted it, and am completely and utterly satisfied :) I definitely recommend it!

Say hello to...Envirokidz products.

Although these products are made for children, I must say I quiet enjoy them mysef! Gluten free and organic, 1% of sales of all Envirokidz products are donated to endangered species, habitat conversation, and environmental education for children. Good food and good causes, why not support such a company?! I'm fortunate to be able to buy the Koala Crisp at organic stores here in Seoul. They're sweet, so goes well with yogurt for a nice evening snack or dessert. Check out their other products too- the banana waffles are also nice and tasty :)

Say hello to...Chex cereal.

It's been a little over a year since General Mills formulated a version of gluten-free Rice Chex. I was content just knowing that I could purchase atleast one gf cereal at a local grocery store. But wait, it gets much better than this. General Mills has recently re-formulated Corn Chex, Cinnamon Chex, Strawberry Chex, and Honey Nut Chex to be gf. These cereals will be clearly marked gf on the cereal box and will be available in the U.S on June 1st, 2009. What a great advance for General Mills and us- I can hardly wait to try them :)
