When I went to Australia in January I was overwhelmed by the amount and variety of gluten-free options. There were so many fresh baked goods that I could purchase, or packaged goods in local grocery stores. On my last day in Australia I discovered D'Lush chocolate biscuits, a heavenly treat :) Last week I received a surprise gluten-free package in the mail from my Australian friends and they had included these precious cookies- not knowing how much I liked them ;) As far as I know they can only be purchased in Australia.
